The legal relationship between naturopath and patient is based on the service contract law of the Civil Code (BGB). Unless otherwise agreed, the list of fees for alternative practitioners from 1985 (GebüH 85) is the basis for billing of alternative practitioners. The costs for homeopathic services are calculated individually in my alternative practitioner practice according to the time required.
Competent tax authority:
Bad Homburg v.d.H. tax office, Norsk-Data-Str.1, 61352 Bad Homburg v.d.H. Alternative practitioner services are exempt from VAT according to § 4 No. 14 UStG. A sales tax number was not assigned.
Dispute settlement:
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
